🏡 The NAR is about to drop some home sales info. Some reports say home prices are down, but others say they’re rising. 📈📉 Why? Different ways of measuring!
Think of it like this: If you have 3 coins, 1 nickel and 2 dimes, the middle value is a dime. But if it’s 2 nickels and 1 dime, the middle is a nickel. In both cases, a dime is still 10 cents and a nickel is 5. The coin's value didn’t change. 🪙
So, if you hear home prices are down, it's about which homes are being sold, not that their value is less. 🏠💲
